Shaadi@barbaadi was an opportunity for British audiences to see the Bollywood legend himself Paresh Rawal sans the exaggerated plot lines, and really see the man flourish in terms of real acting. The play was an engaging and hilarious take on Asian life, highlighting and surfacing the trials and tribulations associated with the norms and expectations of Asian marriage.
